Yesterday evening I conducted the first session of sound bath meditation for the year 2025.
This one hour session is designed to promote deep relaxation, improve sleep quality, reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and emotional release and healing.
The feedback for these sessions has always been very positive. Apart from declutterring the mind, many a times people felt they got a definite direction to their inner queries.

I specialise in Therapeutic Yoga and Yamuna Ball Rolling. All classes generally involve a practice of both.
Therapeutic Yoga
While any type of yoga can bring health benefits, therapeutic yoga involves employing a variety of yoga practices to try to improve health concerns or conditions (e.g. muscular aches, arthritis, obesity) or to ease a natural process (e.g. pregnancy or menopause). Among the yogic tools used therapeutically are asana (the physical postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.
