Good morning folks! I am excited to announce that after a successsful men's retreat last year with 25 pax, we are back again this year in a brand-new location with all-new activties, including indoor games, acro yoga and naked yoga/HIIT!

The 4D3N retreat wil be held at The Residence Bintan from May 25-28.

Launched only in 2018, this five-star resort is nestled in lush, natural greenery while offering luxury facilities, including a fully equipped gym, spacious villas and uninterrupted views on a private beach.

This year, we are upping the ante by offering not just 1 naked yoga class, but several n**e activities, including private pool time and naked HIIT, led by our friendly instructors Julian and Randall.

Non-naked versions of these activities will also be offered.

Singles can make new connections through partner work in acro yoga, indoor games such as table-tennis or mahjong, or learn how to make sambal and latte art with the other participants.

Happy new year from Hanoi 🧡

As we come to the end of 2023, I just want to take a moment to thank everyone for an amazing year full of wonderful connections and good vibes.

I especially want to thank my students at , my clients, and all the participants at my retreat as well as my monthly men’s yoga group - which will continue in the new year.

Some announcements:

1 *Jan 2024 Promotions* For the month of Jan, all private session packages of 10 classes or more will be 15% off. Here are the revised rates, starting at only $76.50/session:

10 sessions—935 (usual 1,110)
20 sessions—1,700 (usual 2,000)
30 sessions—2,295 (usual 2,700)

In addition, all first-time clients can book a trial private class for only $99 (usual $150).

2 *Specialty Group Classes* I will also be introducing more *Yoga for Men* group classes next year. Classes are $25/pax for both HOT and NON-HOT classes.

Jan 2024 class dates are out and as follows: Sat Jan 13 (Non-Hot) and Sat Jan 27 (Hot). Pls make your bookings early to secure your mat!

*Refer-a-Friend Discount* Refer a friend to my men’s yoga class and both of you will receive $5 off your class fee. For 1st-time participants only. T&C apply.

3 *Private Group Classes* If anyone is interested in organising any small group classes (eg for friends and family), please DM me directly for more info. Classes range from $25/pax for 10 or more pax to $50/pax for 4pax. (min. 4)
