Organized by the World Marketing Group, and supported by National Geographic Explorer and the National Parks Board. The Green Carpet Awards (GCA) is sponsored by Nikon Singapore to engage and inspire students in primary and secondary schools about the environment and how pollution affects it greatly. The inaugural GCA was held at the Goodwood Park Hotel and saw an overwhelming showing of support from parents, teachers and the business community as well. Yu-Foo Yee Shoon, former Minister of State for the Ministry of Community Development Youth & Sports, graced the event as the guest-of-honour. MISSION

Dr. Vivian is a strong leader both within and outside of government in directing the proper allocation and balance of resource consumption and conservation. Dr. Vivian also believes strongly in improving environmental awareness and pushing for green technology development through education. Dr. Vivian’s presence in his capacity as a Cabinet Minister and Minister for the Environment & Water Resources will lend great importance and spotlight to the meaningful works our students have presented.
