1. Sitting toe touches
2. "Leg hugs" (Right over left & Alt)
3. Butterfly stretch
4. Thigh stretches
5. Knee to chest
6. Runner's lunges
7. Pigeon stretch
8. Calf stretch

With that being said, here are the usual warm-ups we do in running club: 😁
1) Toe taps / bounces
2) Back quads stretch
3) Hip twists
4) Front kicks
5) Cross knees to elbow
6) 3 Lying stretches
