Zelo aktiven vikend za naše športnike 😉
💥Nežka Kavčič je več kot uspešno opravila s svojim prvim Ironman-om v manj kot 12-ih urah.
💥Jana Ilijaš je osvojila 5. mesto na Ironman 70.3 in za las zgrešila normo za svetovno prvenstvo 2024.
💥Kristina Vanceta je osvojila skupno 2. mesto na pol Ironman razdalji na triatlonu Long Island na Hrvaškem.
💥Urban Lavrenčič je na maratonu v Bovcu zmagal v absolutni konkurenci s časom 2h43min.
💥Rok Tomaš je v Bovcu iz polnega treninga svoj osebni rekord te proge popravil za 2min in osvojil 16. mesto med vsemi tekači.
💥💥💥Peter Šolar, Jani Kocjančič in Miha Slak so nastopili v Cerviji na pol ironmanu. Jani in Peter sta uspešno zaključila svoja nastopa, kljub težavam na progi (meduze in tehnične težave na kolesu), Miha pa po padcu na kolesu žal ni mogel nadaljevati tekme na teku.

5th place at Ironman World Championship Nice!
Had a decent swim, 56min but lose a minute in transition. I felt OK on the bike, specially in the second half, but I was constantly pushing a bit over targered pace, because I wanted to put myself in a good position before the marathon. I did that - 5th place off the bike, but I hit the run with quite heavy legs and I knew it would be hard to run fast marathon. Had to stop for several times in the second half of marathon due to stomack cramps, so at the end I was really fighting for this fifth place! At the end still managed to put together marathon in exactly 3h. Far from expected, but well deserved 😅
I am happy, grateful and proud! I was aiming for top spot and took the risk on the bike. This time it didn't come together. 🤷
Big thanks to my closest one for the patience and their part of sacrifice. Merci to and for bringing me to the race in shape of my life . Thank you my ❤️ . Your belief in me has given me the courage to pursue my dreams. Forever thankfull 🫶

What to say, Nika, you are an Ironman is not enough. There is a story. Nika decided that she wants to do a triathlon. And she apply for Ironman. Yes, her first triathlon was Ironman triathlon. You have to be a little bit crazy for this! 😅 And she did it in amazing time: 11h:15min, and 7th in her AG. On her first triathlon ever. Hats off Nika!!! Very proud coach! You are an Ironman! 🏊🏻♂️🚴🏻♂️🏃🏼♂️

Had an amazing race at Ironman Austria yesterday. Overall AG champion 🏆with a new AG course record of 8h 35min. Thanks for all the support and congrats. More about the race in few days 😉🫶

Najina zadnja skupna, ko si me s kolesom, v zate občutno prepočasne tempu, spremljal med mojim tekaškim treningom. Nikoli ti ni bilo prav nič odveč, vedno si bil dobrosrčno pripravljen pomagati.
Ne vem, če je življenje res pravično, drugače take dobre duše ne bi odhajale tako hitro, kruto in brez slovesa. Vem pa, da bi bil svet veliko lepši, če bi na njem živelo več takih, kot si bil ti. Pogrešali te bomo 🖤

Great day, great people, great event, for greater goal Events like this always push an extra out of you. I ran much longer than my longest run. I passed maraton at 2h42min and finished at 56,8km, which was enough for second place 🥈. Amazing day!

It is a small part of our logo, but it is our main pilar and represents the foundation of our work. And it has two meanings.
First, physiological one: this is still the best representstion of training process and it is called supercompensation graph. We can divide it into 4 steps: 1. Training load or stress application. 2. Drop of performance and time to recover. 3. Rebound and reaching over starting point. 4. New training load applied at the right time. If not, our performance can decline. (More about this in some od the next posts).
Second one, I like to call path to success. Every path to success has up's and down's. Only those that persist long enough and stay consistent in their training and trust the process may benefits from it a big time. Usually the biggest problem here is patience.
