Bolj kot se boš oklepal-a starega, bolj naporno bo, zato je pomembno, da si dovoliš rast. Dovoli si več notranje svobode in poskusi nekaj novega, saj boš ugotovil-a, da spremembe osvobajajo. V teh dneh je še posebej pomembno gibanje, pa naj bo to sprehod, šport ali pa karkoli, kar ti bo pomagalo sprostiti nakopičeno napetost. Poišči ravnovesje in poskrbi, da b***a tvoje srce in um sodelovala.

Če si empat in delaš z ljudmi, je pomembno, da kljub temu, da si vsakodnevno v stiku z različnimi energijami, ostaneš v sebi. Zato je odlično, če se pred prihodom na delo zaščitiš. Zadostuje že namen. Lahko zapreš oči, si predstavljaš, da te obdaja zlata ali bela zaščitna energija in izrečeš: »Vse, kar ni moje, naj gre mimo mene. Zaščiten-a sem v popolni svetlobi in miru ter sprejemam vse, kar je v moje najvišje dobro.« Ob dotiku z drugimi ljudmi si lahko preprosto umiješ roke in obenem v mislih spustiš vse, kar ni tvoje.

Ta teden sem dobila šopek, ki me je spomnil na ljubo osebo in ko sem pogledala skozi okno, je priletel metulj in sedel na okensko polico. Ko umre nekdo, ki ga imaš rad, zato ljubezen do te osebe ne izgine, zato je bil ta metulj še en znak, ob katerem sem se raznežila. Tako šopek kot metulj sta me spomnila, da je dobro, če smo pozorni na majhne trenutke, ki bi jih sicer zamudili. In če boš opazil-a metulja, številko ali besedo, ki bo beseda, ki jo je pogosto izrekla tebi ljuba oseba, se nasmehni in bodi hvalež-en-na, ker živiš tukaj in zdaj!

This week, I received a bouquet that reminded me of a loved one, and when I looked out the window, a butterfly flew in and sat on the windowsill. When someone you love dies, your love for that person doesn't disappear, so this butterfly was another sign that made me feel special. Both the bouquet and the butterfly reminded me that it's good to pay attention to the little moments that we would otherwise miss. Ker je sonce v tem času že zelo močno, je dobro, da se mu nastaviš zgodaj zjutraj, ko s tem telesu daš sporočilo, da je čas za akcijo, hkrati pa zvečer povzročiš, da lažje zaspiš ter da se tvoje telo boljše regenerira. Zato si vsakodnevno privošči 5-10 minut sonca in telo ti bo neznansko hvaležno. Če pa se sprehajaš sredi dne, poskrbi, da zavaruješ vsaj svoj obraz tako, da se pokriješ s kakršnimkoli pokrivalom, saj s tem preprečiš prezgodnje gubanje kože in njene poškodbe.

Po tradicionalni kitajski medicini je pomlad čas, ko moraš poskrbeti za zdravje oči. To lahko narediš že s tem, da si večkrat privoščiš elektronski detox, meditiraš z zaprtimi očmi, delaš vaje za krepitev očesnih mišic in pa seveda z opazovanjem zelene barve, kar z lahkoto narediš s sprehodom v naravi. Sama hrana naj bo čimbolj lokalna in sezonska in vse, kar trenutno poganja, spet vsebuje veliko zelene barve. Prenehaj jesti vsaj tri ure pred spanjem. Zelo pomembno je tudi, da greš spat pred 22.00, da jetra in žolčnik lahko opravljata svoje delo. Če dobro poskrbiš za svoje telo, so tudi čustva in hormoni bolj uravnana, zaradi česar bo tvoje življenje zagotovo lepše.

Ljudje smo družabna, socialna bitja, zato se radi družimo z drugimi, a včasih potrebujemo svoj prostor. Razlika je v tem ali vstopaš v odnos iz strahu ali pa, ker si to osebo želiš ob sebi. Tišina lahko pripelje na površje dvome, strahove….V življenju pa pride trenutek, ko ugotoviš, da si lahko sam-a sebi čudovita družba in tišina okoli tebe naredi prostor za dihanje in umirjanje. In do tega pride, ko se sprejmemo takšni, kot smo. In ko greš iz tega stanja v odnose, postanejo ti bolj iskreni.

Ta teden prinaša živahne energije, saj je bilo dovolj odlašanja. V sebi boš začutil-a željo po tem, da končno uresničiš, kar si že dolgo odlašal-a in zavedaj se, da je v tebi dovolj poguma, da začneš. Če si odlašal-a s telovadbo, sedaj začni z njo, če s hojo, sedaj začni. Ni potrebno takoj vse, lahko začneš z majhnimi koraki, pomembno pa je, da začneš delati premike.

Ko zadovoljiš svoje potrebe, ko se sprejmeš v največji ljubezni, ko sprejmeš svojega notranjega otroka v celoti v svoje srce, boš to energijo začel-a prejemati tudi od drugih in prazniki bodo to, kar naj bi bili, polni ljubezni, veselja in radosti. Vesele Velikonočne praznike!
