long time since i posted here. Nevertheless i have been grinding all the time with ups and downs with my eating habits. I like food and i do not like to keep junk in my pantry but it happens that I overeat :) I have been told several times I'm a perfectionist but I take that as a compliment. Here is my progress picture while still on a slight caloric deficit. Recovery is great and there are no mood swings. Keep grinding

🍄FULL DAY OF EATING🍄
Still on a deficit and this was the lowest calorie intake in a while and I dont feel that hungry at all in general.
Why? Despite me being used to a lot more carbs in my diet I eat a lot of fibers, low calorie dense foods and protein that keeps me satiated for long time.
Often our food cravings stem from psychological issues and we need to resolve them first since body dysmorphia and all sorts of EDs are detrimental to our self-esteem, sense of self-worth and can lead to longer periods of selfcontempt.
Make sure you get your health in all aspects in order!

...and sweat....a lot of sweat. In the span of couple of minutes warming up and loosening my joints I was soaking wet. Thought be fun to take some pictures with that true and
Highlights are cool and all but the journey, ups and downs, all the mental and physical challenges being thrown at our feet are making us better and we learn and grow and try to respond better in other areas of our lives.

💪Getting 1% better every day. Its not about the numbers and its not about looks only. Its a mindset, that driving force that makes you feel the hunger for something untangible and something you can be proud of💪
Still on a cut and for two weeks process has plateaued. Luckily I am going about it in a smart way and not crashing down. I plan to incorporate more movement throughout the day and shave off some calories while strength training.
Some numbers may drop due to less energy consumed but to maintain the muscles on a cut one has to perform resistance training for keeping muscle fibers active and forcing them to adapt.

You dont have to use any plant milk for the pancakes, can work only with water just as well and they turn out great 👌

If you're someone trying to - for whatever reason - lower your daily carb intake these chickpea flour pancakes are perfect --> only 44g of carbs and whooping 19g of protein per 100g its a good choice to swap out regular wheat or spelt flour for this one. Easy to make and a delicious choice for your savory needs.
