long time since i posted here. Nevertheless i have been grinding all the time with ups and downs with my eating habits. I like food and i do not like to keep junk in my pantry but it happens that I overeat :) I have been told several times I'm a perfectionist but I take that as a compliment. Here is my progress picture while still on a slight caloric deficit. Recovery is great and there are no mood swings. Keep grinding

Post after a while. Its been going alright with sort of a steady progress despite being in a slight bulking mode. Monday is the international chest day so no better way to mark it with...heavy dips 😁

I guess this is worth posting :)

3 years ago i didnt think it was able. sure I wanted to go heavier but i didnt think it was possible for me or that would it take so long. Honestly, i had trouble to fall asleep the day before cause this was on my mind all the time.

While pushing up i had this tingling sensation in my brain telling me"come on, do 1 more". thats how i felt despite the expression on my face and the slow speed going up. But i did not want to push it too much. and i was so freaking happy for the rest of day. really, genuinely happy.

about that it took so long? i want these personal wins fast and im having trouble accepting these things take time. Although fitness community is filled with unnecessary fluff, there are a lot of individuals, people i've met over time that i listen and take their advice to heart, especially the mantra "just enjoy the process", "dont rush things", "these things take time". Funny enough, throughout this journey I had discovered some of my own personal flaws and psychological issues. Is this a perfect way to solve them? No, but it helps.
Well, now that this is achieved, 4 plate dip is next. peace! 💪

SO YEAH THIS WERE MY PERSONAL BEST WEIGHTED DIPS

And we can also get massive chest gains doing deficit and weighted pushups. Doing them on rings make for a terrific shoulder and scapula stability exercise and by doing so we can benefit on numerous floor, parallettes and bar exercises.

🍄FULL DAY OF EATING🍄

Still on a deficit and this was the lowest calorie intake in a while and I dont feel that hungry at all in general.
Why? Despite me being used to a lot more carbs in my diet I eat a lot of fibers, low calorie dense foods and protein that keeps me satiated for long time.

Often our food cravings stem from psychological issues and we need to resolve them first since body dysmorphia and all sorts of EDs are detrimental to our self-esteem, sense of self-worth and can lead to longer periods of selfcontempt.
Make sure you get your health in all aspects in order!

☀️yesterdays golden hour ☀️

...and sweat....a lot of sweat. In the span of couple of minutes warming up and loosening my joints I was soaking wet. Thought be fun to take some pictures with that true and
Highlights are cool and all but the journey, ups and downs, all the mental and physical challenges being thrown at our feet are making us better and we learn and grow and try to respond better in other areas of our lives.

New video is out! 🌱

This was a quick abs and legs workout. As Youtube is flooded with gimmicky ab exercises and with all the other exercises as well promising you quick results its imperative you approach them with a grain of salt. It takes time and applied effort to achieve results.
Nothing special about it, pretty basic looking from calisthenic perspective but it does not mean its not working or that it will not give you wanted results. Basics are called basics for a reason but they stand as a foundation for other more complicated movements where basic strength is needed.
This kinda workout footage may not look flashy and it might not get you all pumped but its real. We all love to post our highlights with upbeat music but this is the background or the backbone of our workouts where we spend most of our time.

💪Getting 1% better every day. Its not about the numbers and its not about looks only. Its a mindset, that driving force that makes you feel the hunger for something untangible and something you can be proud of💪

Still on a cut and for two weeks process has plateaued. Luckily I am going about it in a smart way and not crashing down. I plan to incorporate more movement throughout the day and shave off some calories while strength training.
Some numbers may drop due to less energy consumed but to maintain the muscles on a cut one has to perform resistance training for keeping muscle fibers active and forcing them to adapt.

🥒EASY & FAST VEGAN LUNCH 🥒

You dont have to use any plant milk for the pancakes, can work only with water just as well and they turn out great 👌

Picture as is, no unnecessary filters and overabundant saturation.
What that really means my camera is 🙈

If you're someone trying to - for whatever reason - lower your daily carb intake these chickpea flour pancakes are perfect --> only 44g of carbs and whooping 19g of protein per 100g its a good choice to swap out regular wheat or spelt flour for this one. Easy to make and a delicious choice for your savory needs.
