Žiga and Dejan went to P**a to compete 🥋🔥

Both performed well, and brought home silver medals 🥈👏

More importantly, they got valuable feedback on what to work on next 💪

Competition weekend! 💪

Last weekend our student Lan stepped into the cage for his first MMA fight💥

Calm, composed and in control throughout the entire match, he dominated his opponent and secured a submission finish via strangulation.

A strong performance, but more importantly a sign of what consistent training and the right mindset can build.

This guy started training 1,5 years ago and would rather study biology than train in the gi, but he will still show up to gi class and only complain a little bit 😅 This shows how discipline beats talent 🔥

Also the same weekend, our head coach represented the club at Nordic Open and brought home a bronze medal, also with a rear strangulation. 🥉

This weekend the Markovič brothers travelled to Virovitica to compete in Cage Grappling 🥋🔥

Rok won his first match and put on a great performance before falling short in the quarterfinals 👏

Žiga takes home gold after two strong submission wins 🥇💥

We love seeing out students testing themselves, gaining experience, and continuing to grow. Step by step, match by match. 🔥

Three of our students travelled to Rome to compete at AJP 🇮🇹🥋

Two bronze medals came home, congratulations to Maj 🥉 and Lan 🥉 👏🔥

But more importantly they showed real independence and teamwork. Traveling, preparing, competing and taking responsibility for their own performance.
This is what development looks like.
Not just better grapplers, but more capable young people.

Even without our head coach regularly on site, the group keeps stepping up, taking responsibility, and constantly developing into better people and better grapplers 📈🥋

Talent is real, and some people become skillful almost regardless of the system , but what really stands out here is that you can’t find a “rest round” in this room.
Every match was competitive, exciting, and of an incredibly high level, especially considering their experience 💥🔥
