Takole sta pred enim letom Ivan Gale in EISEP - Evropski inštitut za skladnost in etiko poslovanja podpisala pogodbo o ustanovitvi Centra za zaščito žvižgačev. 😷📝

Nismo čisto dobro vedeli, v kaj se podajamo. Najprej smo morali pogruntati, ali bo center deloval kot fundacija ali zavod. Premagati birokracijo vsaj z dve razlike. 🥊🥊 Pravzaprav smo vedeli le, da bo naše poslanstvo pomoč osebam, ki prijavijo kršitve s širše družbenim škodljivim učinkom in nato sami postanejo žrtve povračilnih ravnanj. Pa tudi, da bomo žvižgače poskušali predstavljati kot junake, kakršni so. Breme njihovega žvižga namreč nosijo sami in njihove družine, koristi pa žanje cela družba, kadar se kaj zaradi njihovega poguma vendarle spremeni na bolje.

Evropska unija je žvižgaštvo navsezadnje priznala kot človekovo pravico, a za primeren prenos in praktično implementacijo direktive o njihovi zaščiti bo Slovenija zamudila predpisan rok, ki je 17. december 2021. Za predloge strokovne javnosti na predlog, katerega je ministrstvo za pravosodje objavilo ravno te dni, pa sta na voljo le borna dva tedna in to v predbožičnem času!

Eno leto kasneje smo vendarle veseli, da smo k javni razpravi prispevali tudi mi, in da smo s pomočjo donacij splošne javnosti lahko tudi konkretno podprli več žvižgačev, za katerimi neumorno stoji naš Ivan Gale, varuh žvižgačevih pravic.🦸‍♂️

Tudi v prihodnje se bomo trudili delati v enaki smeri, pri čemer trkamo na vest vseh pristojnih organov in organizacij, vključno z inšpekcijami, sodišči, javnimi službami in zavodi, sindikalnimi organizacijami in organi pregona, ter predvsem na vest tamkaj zaposlenih strokovnjakov, pooblaščenih uradnih oseb in funkcionarjev, da naredite svoje delo, izpolnete dolžnost svoje funkcije in služite tistim, za katere delate. Javni uslužbenci ste, public service je vaše delo. Bodite ponosni na to.

Povsod smo posamezniki tisti, ki tvorimo organe in organizacije in smo odgovorni, če nekaj naredimo in tudi, če nečesa ne naredimo. Če je treba, postanimo žvižgači tudi sami, okolje postaja vedno bolj podporno in razumevajoče, predvsem zaradi vseh, ki so to pot že prehodili pred nami. 💫🙏

On October 22 join us at Module II about Business Ethics and Related Challenges of Bled Compliance and Ethics Conference, opening with Roman Sartor, Co-Founder and Chairman/Advisory board of the Austrian Compliance Officer Association, on how to measure and influence compliance through organizational culture 🗣.
