🚀 Call for Facilitators: Seminar on Youth Work and Democracy

Together with JUGEND für Europa and SALTO Eastern Europe and Caucasus, we are looking for three experienced facilitators to design and deliver the international seminar:

👉 “All In” for youth workers strengthening democratic values and attitudes in local communities

🌍 Across Europe, democratic values are being challenged, reshaped, or even eroded, while polarisation is growing. In this context, youth work plays a crucial role.

This seminar will explore questions like:
• How can youth work operate in politicised and polarised environments?
• Is staying “neutral” desirable or even possible?
• How can youth workers navigate risks and responsibilities while actively contributing to democratic societies?

👥 Who are we looking for?
Facilitators with experience in youth work, democracy, participation, and non-formal learning ready to:
✔ Co-create the seminar concept and programme
✔ Design engaging spaces for exchange and mutual learning
✔ Work with international participants and experts
✔ Support follow-up and impact in participants' local contexts
