During the training, we will:
๐Ÿ”น Explore quality youth participation and its role in democratic life
๐Ÿ”น Discover Erasmus+ KA154 and opportunities to develop youth participation projects
๐Ÿ”น Try out practical tools and methods for strengthening youth participation
๐Ÿ”น Exchange experiences and good practices with peers from across Europe
๐Ÿ”น Build international partnerships and opportunities for future cooperation

A mandatory online preparation meeting will take place before the residential training, giving participants a chance to connect and prepare together.

๐Ÿค The training is part of the New Power in Youth Strategic Partnership and carried out in cooperation with The Erasmus+ National Agencies Haridus- ja Noorteamet (Estonia), JUGEND fรผr Europa (Germany), and our Contact Point in Albania Beyond Barriers - Pertej Barrierave.

๐Ÿก Accommodation, meals, and local logistics are covered by the organisers. Travel costs will be covered by the sending Erasmus+ National Agencies / SALTO SEE.

We got to listen to a very insightful, motivational interview between two organizations, ๐’๐ข๐ง๐ก๐ซ๐จ ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐’๐ž๐ซ๐›๐ข๐š, which is doing bold and decisive beginner steps in the ESC together and under leadership of a long-term experienced partner ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐ข๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ซ๐š, ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐’๐ฅ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ง๐ข๐š.

๐ŸŒ Can youth work strengthen democracy in times of growing polarisation?

Across Europe, democratic values are increasingly under pressure, and public discourse is becoming more divided. At the same time, youth work finds itself at a crossroads. What is the ethical and political role of youth work today beyond supporting young people's individual life skills?

Join "All In", an international seminar in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, bringing together youth work practitioners who want to explore these questions, exchange experiences, and develop practical responses for their local communities.

During the seminar, participants will:
๐Ÿ”น explore current democratic trends and their impact on young people and youth work;;
๐Ÿ”น learn from inspiring practices and honestly reflect on what has and has not worked so far;
๐Ÿ”น strengthen their approaches to promoting democratic values through youth work;
