It is one of the strangest sensations we have experienced. Your body feels the acceleration, but visually it looks almost like you are frozen in place. Like discovering a glitch in a video game, except it is happening for real.
Growing up inspired by MythBusters, we always wanted to turn “this should work in theory” into something you can actually test. This stunt did exactly that, and the process of dialing it in was just as fun as sending it.

he idea of ​​this crane launcher is already 5 years old. We always wanted to make a pulley system rope swing that can launch you far up in the air. During this past 5 years we experimented with it and made a few small scale launches. Finally the stars aligned and we made it the proper size. Huge thanks goes to our friends at Klančar Žerjavi who always equip us with proper cranes =)

The best thing about it is that you can play around with your trajectory by choosing your starting point and changing the power of the swing by adding weights. You can jump just straight up in the air, sideways or go for a really long jump.
The biggest jump we managed to do was around 180 ft (55m) long jump.
