🫁 Every breath is a chance to expand, reset, and reconnect.
3D breathing is more than simply taking a deep breath. It helps improve rib cage mobility, supports posture, activates the diaphragm, and prepares the body for movement.
For people living with Parkinson's disease, focused breathing can also help address rigidity and shallow breathing patterns while supporting calm, awareness, and movement efficiency.
As I like to say:
✨ Every breath is a chance to expand, reset, and reconnect—3D breathing opens the body, calms the mind, and prepares you to move with intention.
This is just one of the many concepts explored in my new book

🧠 Prioritizing movement matters.
In Pilates4Parkinson's, our focus is simple:
💙 Preserve movement independence.
Three key priorities work together to support that goal:
⬆️ Upright posture
🌀 Spinal mobility
🚶 Ambulation and gait
These foundations help support strength, balance, coordination, and confidence, empowering people living with Parkinson's disease to move well and live well.
Movement isn't about perfection. It's about preserving the things that help us continue participating fully in life.
Which of these priorities resonates most with you right now?
