Dear disciples, The path of meditation in the Mai Ram Yoga tradition is not merely the calming of the mind. It is the path of awakening the divine, purifying consciousness, and returning to one’s inner nature. Each time you meditate, you touch the very Source from which all arises. Without meditation, a human being walks through life in darkness, searching for answers in the outer world. With meditation, that same human being begins to see the light that never fades, because it shines from within. With love and pure intention for your inner awakening, Guru Mai Ram 🙏

Every step of yours must be accompanied by observation. Without self-observation, the entire yoga practice is as if lifeless. When self-observation ignites in consciousness, a person begins to see themselves, not others. Learn to observe how a thought arises, how it turns into an emotion, how an emotion creates an action, and how an action produces consequences. Observe your thought, word, and movement.

Dear disciples, The lake of Manasarovar is called the eyes of Shiva’s consciousness, for its waters are like pure awareness that sees all, which neither obscures nor possesses anything but simply reflects the universe as it is. At the same time, the clarity of the lake is like the heart of the Divine Mother, infinite love that purifies every being and fills all with peace and vital energy. Meditation upon the waters of Manasarovar is an encounter with the divine union of the masculine principle, which is the light of consciousness, and the feminine principle, which is compassion and mercy. Here one may feel oneself as the unity of these two principles, like the water of the lake where heaven and earth merge into a single reflection. Meditation by the lake of Manasarovar felt as if it merged us with the very source of consciousness. This water, arising from the heart of the Himalayas, is not only a wonder of nature but also a reflection of the inner light. As we meditated by the lake of Manasarovar, we saw the transparency of consciousness. The crystal-clear water of the lake mirrored the purity of mind, serenity, and the depth of eternity. V MRY škole opäť otvárame kurz pre mierne pokročilých pod vedením Ivany. Kurz začína 28. októbra o 18:00 hod.

Stretávať sa budeme každý utorok a štvrtok od 18:00 hod. do 19:30 hod. v počte 20 lekcií. Cieľom kurzu je nadviazať na kurz pre začiatočníkov a rozvíjať všetky praktiky klasickej jogy, ktoré sa učia v Mai Ram Yoga Škole (ásany, pránájáma, meditácia, Pozdravy Slnku a Mesiacu, nidra joga, šatkarmy). Súčasťou lekcií bude praktika aj teória.

Prosím všetkých záujemcov o registráciu vopred (stačí napísať "Registrujem sa na kurz MRY pre mierne pokročilých").

Discipline becomes a burden to a person when they begin to lack a higher meaning. The ego seeks quick results, while spiritual achievements require patience and long-term practice.
In this period, the flow of information is enormous, and a person feels as if they know everything. Yet what they know, they cannot realize. Discipline requires not knowledge, but daily, profound and consistent action. Knowledge arises only through practice.
Without discipline and regular practice, the mind continues to create disturbances.
Discipline on the path of yoga is not slavery to time, but fidelity to Eternity.
