For one Year we could say that we are the best team in LT 😎

Something new - first time in 5 years we can work at home at Autumn holidays 😎

2022 to remember:
Road to EYOF23 festival was with ups and downs, but eventually everything went great at the end. With 5 medals -2 gold (first time at relay too), 2 silver and 1 bronze LTU swim team completed in 6th place overall.
But now it's history. What would 2023's brings Us we will know least than a month at Europe Junior Championships at Belgrade.

3 weeks of work with LTU Junior Swim Team and best of Vilnius And Panevezys swimmers at I'st EJC23 and MC camp. Lot of endurance and volume, have a good feeling for this team looking to the future of this season.
After that LT SC CUP in Druskininkai where Juniors took podiums all araund. 2nd place overal and losing just for training partners. 😅🤝🏻
Now 3 weeks left till Nordics and LT SC Camp. The true power of this team we'll see there.

5 weeks left to BIG race so there is no excuses to work no matter when and where!

The time when all these countries tried to work together and create something beautiful.
And now two of these are at war in neighbor teritory. It's not politics, its just bloody war. And for no real reason just some stupid mind in "Big" man's head...

First Camp this Year is over.
Now party time at Winter Nationals tomorrow, where we'll see how Team could do their PB's after hard work :)

Baigėm pirmą šių metų stovyklą ir dabar pažiūrėsime, kaip komanda atrodys Lietuvos žiemos pirmenybėse po pilno darbinio ciklo gerindamasi savo asmeninius rekordus!

One week ago there was long awaited Lithuanian SC championships. It was first BIG competition in short course after 2 pandemic Years, so swimmers broke huge amount of PB and mote than 20 National records, atmosphere was so good for everyone before Christmas. And of course main shot of all 3 days to see Rūta again in swim race, it was special gift for all competitors, hope to see her again, what we saw that she can be at TOP level if she just wants it.
Now short brake and starting new cicle till Nationals at April, where slots to Europe competitions would be given.

Good feeling to meet all those big LT teams and coaches coming to our home pool, and participating at cup, Exiting race and format, maybe something familiar as NCAA :).
3th team place, LTU U15 and one LTU national record at 4x50 free mix relay and 1st place female MVP.
One month left before LTU Nationals to fix all the bugs :)
