Lost him…
Could have been a worthy succession plan to Salone Volleyball.
HE knew best.
Continue to rest in peace.
On behalf of the SUPER SIX VOLLEYBALL CLUB I want to extend this profound gratitude to every volleyball member who have sent his/her condolence message or even took part to pay our last respect to the fallenhero.
As a small unit in the volleyball Association, we feel the love and concern from all of you and we appreciate that from the bottom of our hearts.
All of us are sure of answering the undeniable call of the Almighty but we pray He doesn't call any of us as He did to Rahim. We also pray what has happened to Super Six be the last of such incident our eyes can witness.
We have our plans as humans but the omnipotent always has the better plans for everyone.
We pray his soul RIP 🕊️🙏🏽

The Die Is Cast: All–Zone 2 Final for Gold in Luanda
The stage is set for an all–Zone 2 showdown at the African Youth Games Beach Volleyball competition in Luanda, as Sierra Leone meets The Gambia in the men’s gold-medal final.
It is a contest rich in regional rivalry and recent pedigree. The Gambian duo arrive as the dominant force in African youth beach volleyball, having secured back-to-back continental titles, from the ANOCA African School Games in July to the CAVB U19 Championships in Abuja.
Standing firmly in their path is a resilient and battle-tested Sierra Leonean pair, whose rise through the Zone 2 ranks has been equally compelling. Team Salone are silver medallists at the CAVB Youth Development Cup in Banjul and reigning gold medallists at the Zone 2 U18 Beach Volleyball Championships in Sal, Cape Verde—credentials that underline their consistency and competitive maturity on the continental stage.
Luanda now provides the ultimate decider: experience versus momentum, champions versus challengers, with Zone 2 supremacy and an African Youth Games title on the line.
One final. One gold medal. Zone 2 decides Africa’s champions.

Sierra Leone Crowned African Youth Games Beach Volleyball Champions
Sierra Leone have been crowned African Youth Games men’s beach volleyball champions, securing gold with a commanding 2–0 victory over Zone 2 rivals The Gambia in the final played in Luanda.
In a high-intensity contest befitting a continental final, the Sierra Leonean pair held their nerve in a tightly fought opening set, edging past the defending champions 22–20. Buoyed by momentum and tactical discipline, Team Salone asserted full control in the second set, closing the match 21–13 to seal a historic triumph.
The victory marks a significant milestone for Sierra Leone’s youth volleyball programme, as the team overturned a Gambian side that arrived in Luanda as back-to-back African champions, having dominated the ANOCA School Games and the CAVB U19 Championships.
This gold-medal performance completes an exceptional competitive run for Sierra Leone at youth continental level, following silver at the CAVB Youth Development Cup in Banjul and gold at the Zone 2 U18 Beach Volleyball Championships in Sal, Cape Verde, and firmly establishes the nation as a rising powerhouse in African beach volleyball.
Zone 2 supremacy is secured. Africa has new champions.
