About the Role:
As our Nightclub Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the club, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staff, coordinating events, and driving the venue’s success. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead the front-of-house and bar teams

Dura Complex is located off the Freetown‒Waterloo Highway in the recently developing Yams Farm. It has one of the largest venues and known to be one of the most spacious wedding venues. We have hosted over 30 functions over the years and have looked after more than 10,000 guests.
