Benjamin Davies Begins Next Chapter After Breakout Afro-Under 16 Performance
At just 15 years old, Benjamin Davies has emerged as one of the most promising young talents in African basketball. Following his standout performance at the Afro-Under 16 Championship in Rwanda, where he impressed with his defensive presence, rebounding, and shot-blocking ability, Davies has drawn global attention from Spain to England, the USA, Africa, and the Middle East.
Remarkably, he has only been playing basketball for nine months. Once overlooked, Davies has proven his critics wrong and established himself as a name to watch.
He is now en route to Senegal with the President of the Sierra Leone Basketball Federation and NBA representative, where he will begin the next stage of his journey and development. This marks a significant step forward for both Davies and Sierra Leone basketball.
