It's very simple.. You build a player like you are building a house, you start with the foundation that is basement of any player must be strong. Firstly the Technique you get it between 7 to 14 years if you have no technical skills, just forget it you will never be a technical player . The second part of building a player is Physical aspect, very player must be physically fit between the ages of 10 to 14 years. Then third part is the information aspect, very player must understand the game.
