I thought the hardest part was the 60K ultra marathon…
Turns out I was wrong.
Week 5 was supposed to be a recovery week:
✅ Lower training volume
✅ Lighter weights
✅ Easy runs
✅ Recovery sessions
The goal was to arrive fresh for HYROX.
Then after 3 days of training…
39°C fever.
Joint pain.
No appetite.
Old injuries flaring up again.
Getting out of bed felt like I had been hit by a car.
Diagnosis: Chikungunya.
The fever is gone now.
The medication is helping.
But HYROX is only days away.
The question is…
Will I be ready? 👀

I got it while training for HYROX, getting lean for our transformation challenge, and running 60KM to test my mental toughness.
The crazy part?
The physical pain wasn’t the hardest part.
The hardest part was telling myself to keep going when my body wanted to stop.
60KM.
7+ hours.
15 runners supporting along the way.
Week 4 was different. 🔥
Week 3 of the transformation challenge 🍽️🔥
People think fat loss is about starving yourself…
But honestly? It’s more about structure than suffering.
This week I’m showing exactly what I eat in a day while:
🏃 Training for HYROX
🔥 Cutting body fat
💪 Trying to keep performance high
No extreme diets.
No magic supplements.
Just repeatable habits that actually work.
The goal is not just to lose weight fast.
The goal is to build a system you can sustain.
Week 2 of the transformation challenge. 🔥
This is usually where motivation starts fading… and reality kicks in.
Most people don’t fail because they’re lazy.
They fail because they try to change everything overnight.
❌ Eating almost nothing
❌ Endless cardio
❌ Trying to survive on motivation
That’s not sustainable.
For me, the focus is simple:
✅ Structure
✅ Consistency
✅ Training hard
✅ Eating enough to perform
No crash diets.
No shortcuts.
Just building habits that actually last. 🔥
