History has been made, and I could not be prouder of our incredible volleyball team💯

Cobra Sports Club 🏐 has officially been crowned the champions of the 2026 NSSF KAVC International Championship in Kampala, Uganda. Our boys put on an absolute masterclass at the Lugogo Indoor Arena, defeating Kenyan powerhouse Equity Bank Volleyball Club 3-1 in a thrilling grand final🐍👌🏾

What makes this victory even more monumental is that our team finished the tournament completely undefeated with a flawless 5-0 record. With this win, Cobra Sports Club 🏐becomes the first-ever team from South Sudan to lift the prestigious NSSF KAVC International Championship trophy, one of the most prestigious Volleyball competitions in East Africa. This marks our second major international title in Uganda this year, following our success at the Dr. Aporu Okol Tournament just two months ago.

To our players, coaches, technical staff, management staff and our unstoppable fans who showed up in full force and those who followed the games on YouTube, thank you🫶🏽🙏🏽 Your resilience, discipline, and dedication have raised the flag of South Sudan high across the region. This is a massive milestone for our club and the entire nation.

Congratulations, champions👏🏾 The future of South Sudanese sports is incredibly bright💯
