What a tragic moment! This evening, we received the sad news that, one of our young and upcoming referees by the names Atem Manyang alias Atem Snoop had passed on due to short illness at MSF, Mayen Abun Hospital 😭😭! Therefore, on behalf of the local football association and my own behalf, may his soul rest in eternal peace and we pray that, his family finds comfort during this sad moment!
Atem was a committed and hard working referee with desire to learn and persue his dreams of becoming a regional or even an international referee but God had other plans for him! So, once again, we offer our heartfelt condolences to his family and pray that, may his soul rests in peace 😭!

The SSFA Organizing Committee has officially announced changes to the schedule for upcoming tournaments. The kickoff for the South Sudan Cup Group A and C has been rescheduled from March 27th to April 1st, 2025, due to logistical challenges.

In addition, the start of the South Sudan Women’s Cup has also been postponed, moving from March 31st to April 6th, 2025. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to ensure a successful tournament experience for all participants. Stay tuned for more updates, and let’s rally behind our teams as they prepare for these exciting competitions.

The best goalkeeper of the competition or golden gloves award went to Nhail, El Meriekh FC goalkeeper.
The top scorer of the competition or golden boots award went to Lual Friday and Ring Ramtali both with 3 goals each.
The best player of the competition was Arol Yak from Salam FC.
The best coach of the competition was Makat Yor, El Meriekh FC coach.
