Hiyala fans, Management and the team are delighted for the good news on the arrival of King's Palace Lamin Yamal known as Edmund Thomas playing for South Sudan bright Stars under 21 as well as in Nairobi with one of the team.
No 16 Your highly welcome to participate in the most awaited derby Hiyala FC vs G.oronyo.
Edmund as young talented King's Palace and Bright Stars under 21 winger is going to add depth to the team.
He was called last year by SSFA after showcasing his brilliant talents in game against G.oronyo in Quarter Final where Hiyala were knocked out though the game was too physical with much fouls targeted of him.
This time MFA should get Qualified referees who can control the tensity of the game by showing cards to all sides committing fouls.
Once again welcome back Edmund 16.
Regards Former S.G Brazil Otuho

SSFA drops ‘local’ from names of affiliate football associations

The South Sudan Football Federation (SSFF) has officially scrapped the use of the word “local” in the names of its affiliated football associations across the country.

This means associations will no longer be referred to as “Local Football Associations” but simply as “Football Associations.” For example, Juba Local Football Association will now be known as Juba Football Association.

The decision was announced during the SSFF’s 9th Ordinary General Assembly held in Juba, where delegates from across the country adopted a range of structural and administrative changes to align with international standards.

The 16 recognized affiliate football associations are as follows:
1. Juba Football Association (JFA)
2. Yei Football Association (YFA)
3. Yambio Football Association (YFA)
4. Torit Football Association (TFA)
5. Bentiu Football Association (BFA)
6. Malakal Football Association (MFA)
7. Bor Football Association (BFA)
8. Kuajok Football Association (KFA)
9. Wau Football Association (WFA)
10. Raja Football Association (RFA)
11. Rumbek Football Association (RFA)
12. Aweil Football Association (AFA)
13. Melut Football Association (MFA)
14. Abyei Football Association (AFA)
15. Renk Football Association (RFA)
16. Nasir Football Association (NRA)

The rebranding is part of broader reforms aimed at enhancing the visibility and professionalism of football administration at the grassroots level.
