Inspo Gym is a revolutionary hybrid concept that offers leading Fitness programs in luxurious fitness facilities in addition to clinical training services in a medically supervised environment. Inspo is the only Gym licenced for such services by a physician in Jordan. Our exercise physiology program stands out for its integration of pure science with clinical practice.
Inspo offers state of the art weights and CV equipment. Trained healthcare professionals are available to treat patients with chronic diseases who could benefit from thereputic exercise training including but not limited to cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease, and metabolic disorders.


Obesity is a major risk factor for chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, adverse cardiovascular events and metabolic syndrome-related disorders. Different treatments such as exercise and diet are applied in order to treat weight loss and fat loss and the associated clinical disorders.


Furthermore, remote monitoring and gaming technology for improving physiotherapy adherence, prescription and prediction of clinical outcomes in children with cystic fibrosis is offered.
