THE 10KM ROUTE IS HERE: We know… we know you’ve been asking for the shorter one. Don’t worry, it’s coming. But for now, familiarise yourself with the 10KM, a route that strikes the perfect balance between pace and endurance.
It may look smooth, but don’t get too comfortable… this one still tests your rhythm and focus all the way to the finish.
Here’s how it goes… A generally flat route that powers through Nkhanini, passes Mashibhini, then heads onto Mantenga Road behind The Gables, rolling past Mantenga Lodge. It continues through to Mlalatini, passing EPH, before cruising past The Gables Shopping Centre. From there, it navigates the Lobamba Police Traffic Circle for the home stretch, finishing strong at Lobamba (EOCGA, next to Somhlolo National Stadium) for that victory crossing.
Race day: 23 May
