Ngwempisi Tourism Attractions is offering an exciting internship opportunity for tourism students looking to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality and ecotourism industry. Our sites, Khelekhele Lodge & Campsite, Khopho Backpackers, Ngwempisi Hiking Trails, Emhlabeni Camp & Mankayane Camp provide immersive cultural and nature-based experiences, making them ideal learning environments for aspiring tourism professionals.
What You’ll Gain:
Practical experience in hospitality, customer service, and eco-tourism management
Exposure to event planning, guided tours, and guest relations
Learning opportunities in marketing, social media promotion, and business operations
Networking with tourism professionals and local community leaders
Responsibilities:
Assisting in guest check-ins and ensuring a welcoming experience
Supporting tour guides in planning and conducting activities
Helping manage bookings, reservations, and customer inquiries
Contributing to marketing efforts through social media and content creation
Engaging in environmental conservation and sustainable tourism initiatives
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Tourism, Hospitality, or related program
Passionate about sustainable tourism and community-based travel experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Public Notice: Kudla Kwesintfu Festival Postponement
This is to inform the public that the Kudla Kwesintfu Festival, previously scheduled for October 4th to 6th, has been postponed due to circumstances beyond our control. A new date will be announced soon.
Ticket holders may either keep their tickets, which will remain valid for the rescheduled event, or request a refund as per our refund policy.
