Ngonini Ossu Dojo had the pleasure of hosting a black belt training session yesterday.also in attendance were junior belt holders who came to support their seniors and got to experience how the black belt move on the tatami

Good afternoon, please be informed that Sensei Melusi Dlamini, president of EJKA is back home from Accra where he was representing the country in the all africa games.he managed to advance to other stages of the tournament but could not get a podium finish,we are so proud of the splendid performance he displayed in Ghana, indeed Eswatini is "refreshed" in the karate stage "basati kahle".

This past weekend at Sandleni Inkhundla Karate partnered with Judu during the Shukuma Eswatini exercise.we will keep showing up Oss 🙏🥋.
