The team is at Prince of Wales supporting the Olympic Day initiative, unfortunately the gym will be closed, but please join the team for a bootcamp to make sure you still get your workout done & also enjoy a lot of other events!!

Body conditioning class in action, looking to make this a regular class while we replace the spinning bikes!!
Please note that we will be hosting a body conditioning instructor tomorrow, Aaron will take the class from 5:30-6:30pm, this is free for members, non-members can join for E30.00!!

As part of the talks tomorrow we will have Hip Hop artist, MC & motivational speaker Krtc talking about the importance of self motivation, often it is a simple case of motivating yourself and increasing your self confidence to stay motivated to exercise to reach your goals, I have experienced a talk hosted by Krtc and it changed my entire way of thinking you can not miss this!!

This Saturday we will have a wellness day to launch our theme for the year, we will start with a bootcamp, those who are not interested in the bootcamp please come & try out yoga as our resident yoga instructor will introduce you if you have not tried it before, we will then have a series of talks that will range from nutrition, supplements, self-motivation, HIV, TB, Diabetes & hypertension & blood donation, we will end of with a demonstration from the children from Kids in Motion.
This is for S-Motion gym members only & free of charge!!

Last week we launched our aerobics class, the hall was packed, we are looking forward to having more fun tonight at 5:30, this is of course free for members, non gym members are welcome to join at E30.00 for the class, the more the merrier!!
Please note that the gym will be open on Monday from 7am - 1pm 💪
With the long weekend quickly approaching please note that Saturday we will operate normally, Monday we will be closed & Tuesday we will open from 7am till 1pm, thank you!!
