A relaxed à la carte evening inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean, think crusty bread with olive oil and balsamic, mezze plates made for sharing, chargrilled octopus, whole branzino, pistachio crusted lamb, and saffron cream linguini.

Finish with something sweet, tiramisu, chocolate and pistachio, or a warm orange and date cake.
