Football is back with a bang!!!!!
After a 3 week hiatus, football is back at the Academy this weekend and oh what a start it was for Teachers FC (both male and female team!!!)
Last night's Women's match saw Teachers' FC giving SWA Sharks a fine thrashing to the tune of 8-3 with Raven scoring 5 goals, Olivia 2 and Syniah 1. No attempt at stopping us worked and at the end of the night, victory was ours.
The thrashing continued tonight as Flamingo FC was no match for the freight train called Teachers FC which came at them with a 9-1 win.
First in the history of the games here ( I stand corrected) do we have a match with a triple hat-trick! It was a beautiful sight to behold. Patrick, Jean and Ismael all scored 3 goals each to give Teachers' FC that win.
A big shout-out to Curtis Pennant Teachers' FC goal keeper for some brilliant saves and being named "Man of the Match" for this game. Well deserved!!!
Kudos to the players and the coaches for the work they have been putting in. Lets prepare for next week's matches ladies and gents. Rest up and see you at training!
