Our PADI 5* resort is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Scuba Manager to join our team at our beautiful Turkoise resort. If you are a certified diving professional with strong leadership and customer service skills, this is an exciting opportunity to grow within an international hospitality environment.

🐠 Key Responsibilities

Support the Scuba Manager in daily operations of the dive center

Supervise and coordinate dive instructors and dive activities

Ensure compliance with safety standards and PADI regulations

Deliver exceptional customer service to guests from around the world

Assist with scheduling, logistics, and equipment maintenance

Contribute to sales and promotion of diving activities

Help manage inventory and business performance

✅ Requirements

Certified Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) Instructor (active status)

3–5 years of professional diving experience

Fluent in French (mandatory); English strongly preferred

Strong leadership and team management skills

Solid understanding of business operations and sales

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
