This time it was the Khanom Trail — lots of laughs, tough hills, waterfalls with amazing views! 🙌 with some brilliant results from the team:

Fitness is about much more than building stronger bodies. it is about building confidence, discipline, resilience and hope.
That belief is why we are incredibly proud to support the rehabilitation program at Koh Samui Prison by helping provide and install a new gym facility and delivering ongoing HYROX-inspired fitness training for inmates.
Exercise is an important part of rehabilitation, helping improve physical health, reduce stress and anxiety, develop self discipline and create positive daily routines. Thai correctional facilities also include exercise and vocational activities as part of broader rehabilitation programs designed to prepare inmates for successful reintegration into society.
our aim is simple: use fitness as a tool to help individuals develop healthy habits that can continue long after they leave prison.
HYROX has become one of the worlds fastest growing fitness sports because it is accessible to everyone.
The Lamai Fitness and Evolution Muay Thai coaching teams visit the prison to develop structured training sessions, encourage participants and help them progress safely. These regular visits build trust and provide positive role models showing that discipline, commitment and hard work can create lasting change. We also help organise fitness challenges and HYROX inspired events inside the prison celebrating progress, reward commitment and create a positive environment where participants encourage one another.
As a business in Koh Samui, supporting rehabilitation is one way we can make a meaningful contribution to our community.
