🇹🇭 WE’RE HIRING: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Boutique Yachting & Tours is looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team.

📍 Location: Koh Samui
💰 Salary: 20,000–30,000 THB/month, depending on skills and experience
🇹🇭 Thai nationals preferred — candidates with mixed Thai nationality and a valid Thai ID are welcome to apply.

🧾 Responsibilities
Enter and maintain bookings in our reservation system, Viator, and GetYourGuide
Respond to basic inquiries and correspondence in English from agents and customers via WhatsApp, LINE, email, and phone
Schedule minivan pickups for tours
Schedule staff and coordinate daily operations with our team
Prepare and issue invoices
Update accounts receivable and booking schedules
Communicate and coordinate with our boat staff and crew
Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed
💼 Qualifications
Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Fluent in Thai
Additional language skills are a plus
Previous experience in tourism, reservations, accounting, or administration is an advantage but not essential
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is a plus, but not required
Organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and coordination skills
Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced tourism environment
