MOVEMENT. NATURE. BALANCE 🌈

Helping someone reconnect with their body is the most rewarding part of what I do. This beautiful review from Valerie on Google reviews truly touched me. After struggling with movement for more than 20 years she finally found a way to exercise without pain. Moments like this are why I am so passionate about teaching. Thank you Valerie for your trust and kind words.

Gravity becomes the therapist when you know how to hang💫
This Cadillac Hanging exercise gives your spine traction, fires deep core stabilisers and opens the lats - all in one slow, controlled breath.
Leave the studio lighter and a whole lot stronger. Ready to hang with us? DM to book your private at Maya Pilates, Rawai.

A gentle tap at the collarbone, a pinpoint cue on the ribs - that’s the difference between “doing Pilates” and re-educating your body.
In every session we map breath to spine so deep stabilisers fire, pain switches off, and posture resets from the inside out. Tiny corrections, life-size results.
Ready to feel what precision therapy can do? DM to book your one-to-one.

Behind every mindful breath there’s a thousand hours of anatomy, movement science & therapeutic practice.
When we talk about “attention to detail”, this is it - those millimetre-level tweaks that turn exercise into healing. Whether you’re rehabbing a back injury or simply untangling long flight knots, we meet you where you are and guide you toward pain-free, powerful movement.
Movement is medicine 💊🤸🏼‍♂️💛

Dancers 👯 with hyper mobility 🔸 my go to choice 🔸 isometric work to improve strength and stability plus lots of frontal plane exercises 🔸 add an Oov to the mix and now it’s a fun win win 🔸🏆 🔸

Mentoring Maria 🩷 from New Zealand as she gets ready for her upcoming comprehensive studio exam. The Oov is my favorite go to when I want to stimulate a bit of neuroplasticity and create change. Thanks for stopping by during your visit to Phuket. Loving my international 🌎 community 🤸🏼‍♂️.
