I'm thrilled to be launching Mat Pilates classes for kids at UWC Thailand — every Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday as a CCP.
📅 Tuesday – Primary students (K3 to Grade 3) : 3:10–4:00pm
📅 Wednesday & Friday – Primary & Secondary students (Grade 3 to Grade 12) : 3:40–4:30pm
