What a great birthday. Finishing one of the best and memorable courses to date with a night dive with the amazing Matthew and Marissa tonight, and then celebration drinks! Together with even amazing Victoria, they did the Open Water Course. Marissa and Victoria are both deaf so Matthew translated all the academics. I learned the whole alphabet in sign language and to count to 20, pretty happy with that. :) And it is very usefull underwater! Especially because Matthew and Marissa don't seem to stop talking under water. :) Thanks guys for a great time!

This video is shot with a headcam during a training dive with other instructors in which we perfect our teaching of the Wreck Specialty Course.

When you want to do the Wreck Specialty Course I advise you to combine it with the Nitrox Specialty Course. Nitrox is a different gas mixture than the regular air that we use in our tanks, which allows you to stay under water longer.

Be aware: Wreck diving without proper training can be very dangerous. Always follow a course with a licensed dive instructor before entering or getting close to a wreck.

Send me a message if you want to know more about the Wreck Specialty Course.

This is a compilation of the footage that I shot during our liveaboard in the Andaman Sea, west of Thailand. On two of the 15 dives we saw a total of 15 Manta Rays and that was a truly amazing and humbling experience. Also Richelieu Rock was a jaw dropping dive site worth mentioning with massive amounts of marine live, actualy every dive site was great. Expect stonger currents then on Koh Tao, on one dive we had to pull ourself hand over hand down the mooring line, and we heard it can become even worse. But the dive leaders know the dive sites well enough to protect you from most of the current when you are down below. We did our liveaboard on the Manta Queen 3 from Khao Lak Scuba Adventures. It's the biggest boat in their fleet. The cabins are clean and the food is good, what more do you want? Oh yes, an attentive captain that stears the boat into a pod of dolphins that happily swim with you for about 15 minutes. I definetly recommend to dive with them, preferably with your advanced course and nitrox specialty in the pocket. As most dive sites are most interesting between 12 and 30 meters.

Similans Liveaboard 22/05/2016

To have a break from working as a dive instructor and to meet up with Malin and Pernille who just returned to Thailand, we did a liveaboard in the Andaman Sea, west of Thailand. Visiting beautiful divesites like the Similans, Koh Bon and Richelieu Rock.

In this album you will find a couple of screengrabs from the video that I made.
