Yoga classes for beginners Every Sunday 5pm to 7pm. Please wear stretchy long pants and a comfortable T shirt with short sleeves.

Please do not wear any jewellery. Please also bring a small towel

We recommend that to you do not eat anything for three hours before the class. Please do not drink anything for one hour before the class, during the class, or for a half an hour after the class. We have no toilet facilities at the yoga centre so please feel comfortable before the classes start. We also ask you to keep noble silence in the class

Hi everyone.

As we have not managed to organise everything yet, we have decided to skip this weeks class. Our first class will now be on Sunday the 14th June 2015.

Hi everyone.

Our first beginners class is from 5pm to 7pm on Sunday the 7th June 2015 and will be taught in Thai. There is no need to book. Please arrive at the Yoga Centre 10 minutes before the start of the class.

The Yoga Centre is located on the top floor of the new building behind the medical centre near the police station, on the main street of the village.

Please wear stretch long pants and a comfortable T shirt with short sleeves. Do not wear any jewellery.

Please also bring a small towel.

We recommend that you do not eat anything after 2pm and do not drink anything after 4pm.

You can drink something 30 minutes after class.

The Yoga Centre does not have a toilet.

We also ask you to keep noble silence in the class.

The Yoga Centre is a community service. We ask for a donation of Bht 150 per student to cover our costs.
