Watching this group grow week after week has been absolutely amazing. 🙌
Our kids are building something special together at NSS. They train hard, laugh hard, support each other and create real friendships on and off the mats. The bond between them is becoming stronger every single week and it’s beautiful to watch. ❤️
Their evening starts with 1 hour of Ninja training followed by 1 hour of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu… and somehow they still have energy to stay and play together in the garden afterwards 😅

This month we are introducing basic wrestling control into our program and we will mainly focus on Mount position & escapes. This is one of the most important foundations in BJJ and grappling sports, but also very important for real self-defense situations.

Today’s BJJ Kids class was 🔥🥋
Energy was high, smiles everywhere, and the mats were full of action. From drills to games to live rolls, the kids showed amazing focus, teamwork, and spirit.
Honestly… we think the coaches might have had even MORE fun than the kids today 😄
