I've been working out at Muscle Factory in Bangkok and here Bart Molen spoke about my back not being straight and fixing it through regular adjustments. I've been sharing several videos of Bart Greg de la Paz and I at Muscle factory lately because as with most sports, a critical part of motorcycle racing is physicial fitness. They've done a lot in the past year to help me with my back problem, inflammation, nutrition and of course my strength. In the last couple months the improvements have been huge.

Today while working out I had cramp in my leg and I had to stop so Bart could stretch out the muscle which made a big difference. It has just been in the last few weeks I've had leg cramps. I've had them while riding the TT Bike and even at the track during practice, so Coach Bart recommended that I increase the amount of supplements I'm taking each day such as magnesium.
