Last weekend, SEAFITPRO successfully launched Thailand’s first ELEIKO Powerlifting Level 1 course in Bangkok.

Across two practical days, ELEIKO Master Educator Simon Merrill and Master Trainer Job Wongsatorn guided participants through the squat, bench press and deadlift developing their technique, coaching skills and understanding of powerlifting.

A huge thank you to our fantastic first group and to THE-BAR BANGKOK for hosting us at their excellent facility on Sukhumvit Soi 16.

This is just the beginning. 🇹🇭🏋️‍♂️

Founder of FITTmethod and a five time Fittest Man in Thailand, Simon specialises in powerlifting, weightlifting, sports performance and strength & conditioning.

JOB WONGSATORN — MASTER TRAINER

A former Thai national powerlifting athlete, Job brings genuine competitive experience to the course alongside his professional coaching expertise. He is a Master Trainer for NASM CPT, a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, specialising in powerlifting, strength & conditioning, and muscle development.

Together, Simon and Job will deliver ELEIKO Powerlifting Level 1 — two practical days focused on developing your ability to safely and effectively coach the squat, bench press and deadlift.
