​บ่อยครั้งที่นักเรียนมักจะถามครูด้วยคำถามยอดฮิตว่า... “ถ้าตกลงมาจะทำยังไงคะ?”
คำตอบง่ายๆ ก็คือ “ก็ปล่อยให้มันตกลงมาสิครับ” 😄

​ที่ avek yoga academy เราไม่ได้ฝึกเพื่อ “หลีกเลี่ยง” การล้ม...
แต่เราฝึกเพื่อให้คุณ “ก้าวข้ามความกลัว” ต่อการล้มนั้น

​จงผ่อนคลายครับ... เพราะผมไม่มีทางสอนท่ากลับหัว (Inversions) ให้คุณ โดยที่ไม่สอนวิธีเอาตัวรอดจากการตกลงมาอย่างแน่นอน นั่นคือหัวใจสำคัญของหลักสูตรเรา

Many times students ask me this question, today enlightened me & all of you😄😄

We don’t train to avoid falling at avek yoga academy…
we train to not be scared of it.
Relax… I didn’t teach you Inversions without teaching you how to survive them. That’s literally part of the training at avek yoga academy, falling is not a mistake…
falling badly is 😌 So come & learn how to fall safely 😄
