Two Scotties Overland

For those wanting an update about my eye. So they removed the oil from my eye and that went well. Now about three months after the second surgery my retina has detached again. 10% of the time the retina will redetach. So they redid the surgery filled me up with oil and we are trying again. So now we wait about four months take take the oil out and wait.

UPDATE
Back at the end of February I had to have emergency eye surgery. My retina had detached. To make matters worse Allie and I were in Kathmandu Nepal at the time. Because I would have to fly home it was decided that they would use silicone oil instead of gas in my eye. Today they took the oil out. So this is step two. Tomorrow the patch comes off. In about a month I am told my vision should clear up.

Well Allie and I have moved on. We are now on Koh Samui.
