Wear the nice set.
Even when you feel puffy. Even when you don’t feel like being seen.
Because how you show up changes how you feel.
You stand taller. You move differently. You shift your energy.
Reminder to myself: stop chasing perfection - and refuse to shrink on days I don’t feel my best!
👊🏋️♀️🙌💕

Run Club on TOUR! What a fab weekend running around Angkor Wat and hanging out with our Bangkok crew in Cambodia 🛕🇰🇭
Stoked with my run - a cheeky 7th place overall female! NOT BAD BABES 💪🏃♀️☀️ (Swipe for the aftermath 😂)
Very proud of the whole gang’s achievements - a few of us did the 21km and a few in the 10km - ALL AMAZING RESULTS.
Thanks to our top support crew too - they managed to find a Starbucks in Angkor Wat - who would have thought 😂
Cannot wait for the next field trip - who’s coming next year!?

My favourite way to explore a new place is by running!
A gorgeous morning in Spain - plodding through vineyards, seeing the locally grown tomatoes and waving to the friendly cyclists 😎
Using to find my routes is also a new discovery and I love that it works abroad too! Revelatory 🥰

“I don’t have time / I’m in a rush / I’m not going far I don’t need to warm up” 🤔🤨💭 (been there)
Mmhhmmmm yep I see you. Here’s a 5minute minimal warm up created just for YOU!! Don’t skip it, your older self will thank you 🙏 (📢 sound on for form tips)

5. Hip circles
6. Upper body twists
7. Squats
10 reps of each, for each side where appropriate 👊 Hit save and whack this out before your next runskkiiii 😁
