Unfortunately, many people are afraid to start something from scratch because it’s a significant leap out of their comfort zone 😩. This fear leads to other stop factors: ‘I will be worse than everyone else,’ ‘I won’t succeed,’ ‘They will laugh at me.’

What's coming up in our new class this fall ⇩🍂

⇢ classes are held at a relaxed, moderate pace;
⇢ the emphasis is on correct exercise technique so that girls can get the maximum effect.

Equipment needed: 🎾

stretching mats + elastic band with loops

Contraindications:

✘ high body temperature and blood pressure;
✘ acute respiratory infections;
✘ recent injuries and surgeries;
✘ exacerbation of diseases of the musculoskeletal system;
✘ direct contraindication to exercise from a doctor.
