Spending time in nature has so many health benefits 💚:

🇬🇧 What I enjoy the most about intermittent fasting is that first meal of the day 😋😋😋. I've been doing intermittent fasting (not very strictly) since last summer with a 16h fast/8h eating window but I've been trying the 20h fast/4h eating window since last week and I love it! .
🇨🇵 Ce que j'aime le plus avec le jeûne intermittent, c'est ce premier repas de la journée 😋😋😋. Je pratique le jeûne intermittent (pas de façon très stricte) depuis l'été dernier avec un rythme 16h de jeûne/ fenêtre de 8h pour les repas mais j'essaye le rythme 20h de jeûne / 4h de repas depuis la semaine dernière et ça me convient totalement!

🇬🇧 My kind of afternoon snack 😍. Some toasted multiseed bread, a layer of caramelised onion hummus, some very ripe avocado, dijon mustard, smoked turkey, a bit of garlic salt, a drizzle of balsamic glaze and a bit of extra virgin olive oil. YUM 🙌🏽👏🏽
🇨🇵 Ce genre de goûter 😍. Du pain aux céréales toasté, une couche de houmous aux oignons caramélisés, de l'avocat bien mûr, de la moutarde de Dijon, de la dinde fumée, un peu de sel et d'ail, un filet de balsamique glaze et un peu d'huile d'olive extra vierge. YUM 🙌🏽👏🏽

🇬🇧 Chia seed pudding (made with almond milk and soya yoghurt), topped with frozen blueberries, flaxseed and a bit of coconut nectar 🤩🤩🤩. With a side of banana bread of course 😋 .
🇨🇵 Pudding de graines de chia (avec du lait d'amande et du yaourt de soja), garni de myrtilles, de graines de lin et d'un peu de nectar de coco 🤩🤩🤩. Avec du pain aux bananes bien sûr 😋
