The Hass Bistro is the first restaurant in Bangkok that is all about avocados. The two-story restaurant goes minimalist in a soothing and natural Japanese style.

Their Hass avocados are shipped from New Zealand and are served in every imaginable form and flavour. We recommend you try ‘Avocado Cheese Cake with Avocado Sauce’ and ‘Avocado Ice Cream Set with Mix Fruits’. Or order their to-go menus like ‘Avocado Butter with Multigrain Bread or ‘Ciabatta Smoke Salmon’.

บ้านที่นี่อยู่ง่ายๆคนญี่ปุ่นค่ะสถานที่ทองหล่อจากที่นี่ใช้เวลา5นาทีค่ะ หมาเลี้ยงได้ Onsenก็มีด้วยเลย ใช้ได้ทุกวันค่ะ ยิมเปิด24ชั่วโมงค่ะ ห้องเด็กก็มี บริการดีเลยนะจะ ถ้าอยากดูห้องจะติดต่อให้บริษัท AEQUA ค่ะ

愛犬とみちゃんがタイに移住してきたのをきっかけに、ペット可物件を見に行ってきました！🐶日本人も多く住むトンローエリアにある「AEQUA residence」
。BTSトンロー駅から徒歩5分と好立地で、レジデンスから直ぐのところにもカフェや飲食店、セブンもあって最高の立地でした

エントランスがホテル並みに綺麗だし、ロビーフロアにはお散歩ができるエリアやキッズプレイルーム、まさかのドライバールームまで完備👀✨タイでは珍しい自動販売機もありました🤭

プールとキッズルームは6:00-20:00、ミーティングルームとジムは24時間使えるという充実具合。最上階の29階にはBBQができるルーフトップエリアと温泉＆サウナまで付いてました🙄何事？と思うくらい豪華施設ながら、家賃はそこまで高くない印象です👍

また珍しく“ドライバーさんの待機室“がありましたよ。タイに住んでいる方は運転手さんを付けている方が多いので、いいね。これは初めて見たよ✨

温泉ついてる物件あるのは知ってたけど
実際に初めて見たので
