❌ STOP waiting until the END of your presentation to make your point.
You’ve already lost them!

Global business culture is deductive — they want the bottom line first, context later.

Remember these four letters!
BLUF: Bottom Line Up Front

When you save the big news for last, people get impatient and tune out.
Flip the script. Use BLUF!
State your conclusion in the first 10 seconds.

Do you want me to personally analyze your problems with Charisma?
DM me the word 'AUDIT' and let's fix them.

❌ Stop using “umm, erm..” too much
It makes you lose your authority.

It’s a common mistake.
And it’s something you need to consciously fix.

✅ Replace the “umm” with silence.

📈 Corporate Slang vs What It Actually Means

1. “Let’s take this offline.” - Stop talking about this right now; you’re wasting everyone’s time.

2. “Per my last email...” - I already answered this. Please read before you ask again.

3. “Moving forward...” - You messed up, I’m annoyed, but don’t do it again.

4. “To echo what John said...” - I have nothing new to add, but I want leadership to hear me speak.

5. “Let’s circle back.” - I don’t want to make a decision right now. Hopefully, you’ll forget about it.

🇺🇸 5 Business Email Abbreviations (you need to know)

1. TL;DR - Too Long; Didn’t Read
Use it in informal emails to provide a short summary of a long message.

2. RE: - Regarding
It means “About this topic”. Most email programs automatically add “RE:” when you reply to an email.

3. CC - Carbon Copy
Use it when you want to send a copy of the email to someone who SHOULD KNOW about the conversation.

4. BCC - Blind Carbon Copy
Use it to send a copy of the email to someone SECRETLY.

You can use it:
To protect people’s email addresses when sending to a large group. To keep a manager informed without making it obvious.

5. OOO - Out Of Office
It means “I’m not available because I’m away from work.”

You can use it:
When you’re on vacation, traveling for business, attending a conference, or taking leave.

How many did you already know?

5 Ways To Say “I’ll do it later” Professionally

1. I’ll take care of it shortly
2. I’ll get to it later today
3. Let me circle back to this
4. I’ll handle it when I finish…
5. I’ll prioritize it a bit later

❌ THE PASSIVE LISTENING TRAP

Binging Netflix isn’t going to improve your spoken English.
It’s just the truth.

I’m a non-native English speaker who reached C2 in English (at least according to my IELTS test), and let me tell you...

passive listening is a trap.

You can’t learn to swim just by watching people in a pool, right?
To actually speak like a C2, you have to move your mouth.

Instead of just watching, try shadowing.
Pause the video, copy the actor’s exact rhythm and pronunciation, you can even record yourself.

Do you want my help in assessing your English level and creating a 3-month study plan for you?
Comment SHADOW and I will send you the link.

🔻 If you PAUSE, and someone INTERRUPTS you, DON’T fight to speak over them.

Just let them finish.

Maintain eye contact, nod slowly, and let a heavy, three-second silence hang in the air after they stop.

Then, calmly say: ‘As I was saying...’
and pick up exactly where you left off.

This will allow you to control the situation.
And they won’t get offended.
They will probably recognize their mistake.

❌ When someone says something NEGATIVE to you,
don’t react!

Take 1 breath.

Remind yourself - it’s not about you!
It’s about their mood, their pain.

Separate their emotion from your identity.
