( Great run, did it barefoot and ran in the breakwater so quite difficult, but the first time i have done a competitive marathon with Toby he loved it ) …

The newest 100km in 1 Month Virtual Challenge ...

MARCH 22 RAWAI SABAI RUN 10km 51.07 ( Promthep Cape Phuket, lots of hills and the wife came to see me this time ) ...

Back to November last year me and James at the Phuket Drunker Runner meet up… 🏃😊🏃

And finally its the 20th Laguna Half Marathon in June, One of my personal favorites..

The next is a 6km but its a sunset beach run on the 11 April, which looks like it could be fun...

Starting 2026 as i mean to go on, with the first of 3 runs booked, the first is the Rawai Sabai Run on March 22, only 10km but its where i live and run everyday ...
