💥 THE BASICS: DEKA FIT
One course. Ten zones. Five kilometres.

DEKA FIT is the most complete test of functional fitness. Whether you race solo or as part of a team, it brings together strength, engine, pacing, and consistency in one standardised course.

DEKA FIT is built around 10 functional fitness zones, each preceded by 500 m of running. That’s 5 km total. The format is simple and relentless. Run. Work. Repeat. Every zone asks a different question of your fitness, and the running makes you answer honestly.

You don’t have to take it on alone. Teams of two can divide the zones and running however they choose. Split the work. Play to your strengths. Push each other through all ten zones and all five kilometres.

Cross the line and you don’t just walk away stronger. You take home the official DEKA FIT finisher tee, earned rep by rep and kilometre by kilometre.
