ORCHID NEWS | NBL CEO Inspection Visit in Hua Hin 🌊

Today Mr. Payu Nerngchamnong and staffs travels to meet with the ownership of the Hua Hin Hammerheads to inspect the future site of the “Hammerheads Arena” in Hua Hin, which expected to begin construction early 2024. Mr. Payu also discussed other issues regarding the readiness of the league. The league will be traveling to another 2 provinces to inspect the progress of each site also.

“Eventhough the league plans to compete in the main central court in Bangkok for the first 3 seasons in order to built the spectator base, and other readiness. The ownership of every clubs agreed that the need for each club’s own facility, and worth investing in right away. In order to be ready for ‘home-away’ format in the future” -Payu Nerngchamnong, CEO.

วันนี้คุณพายุ เนื่องจำนงค์ และทีมงานได้เดินทางมาพบผู้บริหารสโมสรฯ หัวหิน แฮมเมอร์เฮด และทำการตรวจพื้นที่ไซต์งานที่จะเป็นที่ตั้งของสนาม “แฮมเมอร์เฮด อารีน่า” ในตัวเมืองหัวหิน โดยคาดว่าจะเริ่มการก่อสร้างได้ภายในต้นปีของ 2024 และคุณพายุได้หารือแผนการอื่นๆเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมของลีกเพิ่มเติม ทั้งนี้ทางทีมงานของลีกเตรียมเดินสายไปอีก 2 จังหวัดเพื่อตรวจสอบความคืบหน้าในแต่ละที่เช่นเดียวกัน

“แม้ทางลีกแพลนที่จะทำการแข่งขันที่สนามกลางใน กทม. ช่วง 3 ปีแรกของลีกเพื่อสร้างฐานคนดูและความพร้อมอื่นๆ เหล่าเจ้าของทุกๆสโมสรฯก็ได้เห็นด้วยกับการมีสนามเฉพาะของตนและลงทุนในการสร้างสนามทันที เพื่อรองรับรูปแบบการแข่ง ‘เหย้า-เยือน’ ในอนาคตต่อไป” -พายุ เนื่องจำนงค์ ซีอีโอ

“..หากหวังดีต่อลีก หากมีเจตนาอยากให้
ลีกดีขึ้นจริงๆ ก็ต้องกำจัดปลาเน่าออก
จากบ่อ ก่อนที่ปลาไม่กี่ตัวจะทำให้ทั้งบ่อ
เน่าตามไปด้วย และการเงียบเฉยก็เหมือน
การสมรู้ร่วมคิด การกระทำที่สะท้อนถึง
เจตนาสร้างผลกระทบถึงผลการแข่งขัน
ของเกมในลีก ไม่ว่าจะด้วยการเล่นหรือ
ไม่ก็ตาม คือการกระทำผิดและควรมีบท
ลงโทษที่ชัดเจนโดยลีกหากสโมสรฯ
ต้นสังกัดนั้นจะยังเพิกเฉยอยู่..

เพราะหากปล่อยไว้ ก็ไม่มีวันจะจดจำ
และก็จะเกิดกรณีเช่นนี้เกิดขึนได้อีก
รวมถึงเกิดความไม่เท่าเทียมภาย
ในลีกและผลลำดับของตารางที่ไม่ใช่
ผลที่แท้จริงแต่เกิดจากกระบวนการ
ทุจริตที่สมควรได้รับการดำเนินคดี
ทั้งตัวผู้เล่น ทีมงาน หรือเจ้าของ
สโมสรฯเองด้วย เพราะในวันที่แฟน
บาสขาดความศรัทธาในตัวลีก..

สโมสรบาสเกตบอล บ้านบึง เดวิล เรย์ อยู่ในระหว่างประเมินสถานะการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นภายในลีกและการแข่งขันที่ผ่านมา โดยจะทำการหารือกับทางสโมสรฯอื่นที่ได้รับผลกระทบเช่นเดียวกันทันที ก่อนที่จะเข้าหารือต่อทางลีกเพื่อให้ทางลีกได้ดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นไม่ให้เกิดขึ้นอีก ซึ่งหากปล่อยให้ยังเกิดขึ้น ก็จะส่งผลกระทบทั้งภาพลักษณ์และความหน้าเชื่อถือโดยรวมของทางลีกและสโมสรฯที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันหากไม่ได้รับการแก้ไขอย่างจริงจัง และทำให้เกิดความจำเป็นที่ทางฝ่ายบริหารของสโมสรฯเราต้องทำการพิจารณาภายในเรื่องแผนงานและสถานภาพของสโมสรฯในลีกต่อไปจากนี้

The Ban Bueng Devil Rays Club is currently in the process of assessing, and investigating recent situations that happen within the league and in our recent game(s). As well as holding discussion immediately with other clubs that are effected by it, in order to bring it up with the league. So that these issues can be resolved, and prevented in the future. Because if left without anything being done, it will seriously jeopardized the image and integrity of both the league, and the clubs competing in this league. Which will require the management of our club to strongly consider our position, as well as our competition status within the league moving forward.

RAYS Update | The Official Club Announcement - ทางสโมสรบาสเกตบอล บ้านบึง เดวิล เรย์ และสโมสรฯอื่นอยู่ในระหว่างการดำเนินการร่างหนังสือสอบถามไปยัง การกีฬาเเห่งประเทศไทย (กกท.) ในกรณีที่ สมาคมกีฬาบาสเกตบอลแห่งประเทศไทย (BSAT) ประกาศไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการแข่งขัน TBL 2023 และการที่จะ “ลงโทษผู้ฝ่าฝืนด้วยบทลงโทษสูงสุด” นั้นเป็นการกระทำผิด มาตรา 73 ของ พรบ.กีฬา ฉบับปี 2558 หรือไม่? รวมถึงการขอให้สอบสวนทางสมาคมฯในกรณีที่ได้มีการสลับเปลี่ยนประกาศดังกล่าวในเพจของสมาคมฯในภายหลัง หลังจากที่ประกาศฉบับแรกได้ทำการเผยแพร่ไปแล้วและได้สร้างความสับสนและหวาดกลัวไปแก่บุคลากรในวงการบาสเกตบอลไทยที่จะมาเข้าร่วมรายการ TBL 2023 ซึ่งหากสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นเข้าข่ายกระทำผิดจริง ทางสโมสรฯผู้เสียหายขอเรียกร้องให้ทาง กกท. ทำการตั้งคณะกรรมการอิสระเพื่อสอบสวนทางผู้บริหารสมาคมกีฬาบาสเกตบอลแห่งประเทศไทยและพิจารณาบทลงโทษต่อไป ในเวลาเดียวกันทางสโมสรฯผู้เสียหายร่วมขอให้ทาง กกท. ระงับการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของผู้บริหารสมาคมฯจนกว่าการสอบสวนจะเสร็จสิ้นลงด้วย จึงเรียนมาเพื่อทราบและจะมีการอัพเดตสถานะของกรณีนี้เมื่อมีข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมทางเพจของสโมสรฯเรา
