หลายคนมักตั้งคำถามว่า “ถ้านวด Slimming Massage แล้ว ไขมันจะหายไปทันทีเลยไหม?”

คำตอบคือ ไม่ใช่การทำให้ไขมันหายไปทันที แต่การนวดประเภทนี้สามารถช่วยสนับสนุนการปรับสมดุลของร่างกายและการดูแลรูปร่างได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ หากทำอย่างถูกวิธีและควบคู่กับการดูแลสุขภาพในด้านอื่น ๆ

Slimming Massage ช่วยอะไรได้บ้าง?

Slimming Massage เป็นเทคนิคการนวดที่เน้นการกระตุ้นระบบต่าง ๆ ในร่างกาย เช่น
-กระตุ้นการไหลเวียนโลหิต (Blood circulation)
-กระตุ้นการทำงานของระบบน้ำเหลือง (Lymphatic system)
-ช่วยลดการคั่งของของเหลวในร่างกาย
-ช่วยให้ผิวดูเรียบเนียนและกระชับมากขึ้น

ผลลัพธ์ที่หลายคนสังเกตได้หลังการนวด คือความรู้สึกเบาสบายขึ้น และบางครั้งอาจเห็นว่าสัดส่วนดูเรียวขึ้นเล็กน้อย ซึ่งมักเกี่ยวข้องกับการลดการคั่งของของเหลวและการกระตุ้นระบบไหลเวียน มากกว่าการ “เผาผลาญไขมันโดยตรง”

น้อง ๆ จากคณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี สาขาวิชาบูรณาการส่งเสริมสุขภาพและความงาม มหาวิทยาลัยหอการค้าไทย ในรายวิชานวดแผนไทย ได้ไปทัศนศึกษาที่วัดพระเชตุพนวิมลมังคลาราม ได้เข้าชมพิพิธภัณฑ์ ร่วมกิจกรรม Photo Hunt ฤาษีดัดตน และศึกษาความรู้ด้านการแพทย์แผนไทยจากจารึกบนกำแพงวัดและศาลาราย เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้และเตรียมความพร้อมสู่สายงานสุขภาพและความงามระดับมืออาชีพ

Students from Bachelor of Science Program in Integrated Wellness and Beauty at the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce joined an educational field trip to Wat Phra Chetuphon Wimon Mangkhalaram as part of their Thai Massage course. During the visit, students explored the Museum, participated in a “Ruesi Dat Ton” Photo Hunt activity, and learned about traditional Thai medicine through inscriptions around the temple grounds. This experience helped enhance their practical knowledge and prepare them for professional careers in the wellness and beauty industry
